From South Texas, Head South on Hwy 77 to Harlingen. Bear right on Hwy 83 West toward McAllen / Weslaco. Lots of road construction along here. About 14.5 miles take the FM 1015 exit or International Blvd. Should be a stop light and sign that says International Road. Turn Left under the freeway and straight ahead for about 7 miles. There is a place to park right at the border for $2.00 a day. Get out and walk across the bridge and you are in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico. Costs one quarter to get into Mexico and thirty cents ($.30) to leave. Good Restrooms right before you enter Mexico and right before you leave.
Once you get into Mexico, walk 4 blocks down. On the left at the intersection is a new tall 5 story concrete building. (Tall and skinny) Dr. Benitez is in the green building across from that new building. Turn left on Tamaulipas Street and walk less than 1/4 block. He is about the 3rd office on the right. No need for an appointment just walk right in. You may call ahead if you wish. Sign on glass says Dr. Alejandro Benitez Dental.

Small but nice waiting room and friendly people to meet you. If the air conditioner is on, it gets cold and you might need a long sleeve shirt. If you have any questions, just ask, they are happy to help you.
